Welcoming Annie Roensch to the EO&A Team

We’re excited to share that Annie Roensch has officially joined the EO&A Team!

Annie brings with her a strong background in digital marketing, client service, and startup projects, making her approach to real estate both strategic and collaborative. Her ability to simplify complex processes and keep clients at ease is exactly the kind of service EO&A is known for—and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have her on board.

What makes Annie’s addition even more special is that she’s a San Francisco local. She knows the city’s neighborhoods, hidden gems, and market dynamics inside and out, giving our clients a trusted guide when buying or selling in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area.

Originally from Wisconsin, Annie has fully embraced the Bay Area lifestyle. You can often find her exploring urban trails, discovering cozy cafés, or spending time at local dog parks. Her years of experience as a flight attendant have also fueled her love of travel and strengthened her passion for creating a sense of “home” wherever life takes her.
