Welcoming Erica: From Humboldt Roots to Napa Real Estate Success

We’re thrilled to welcome Erica to the EO&A team!

Born and raised in Humboldt County, Erica brings a refreshing blend of small-town warmth, real estate expertise, and a passion for people to the Napa Valley real estate market. A graduate of Humboldt State University with a degree in Business Management, she’s no stranger to working under pressure—her early career as a Blackjack dealer taught her to think quickly and connect with people from all walks of life.

Erica earned her real estate license in 2018 and has been guiding clients ever since. Real estate runs in her family—her mom is a long-time Realtor who first inspired her to jump into the world of open houses (with cookies in hand!). That early exposure, combined with her professional experience, gives Erica a unique ability to help buyers and sellers navigate their next chapter with confidence.

Now based in Napa and proud to be part of the Elizabeth Olcott & Associates team, Erica is combining her Northern California roots with a fresh perspective to serve local clients. She loves Napa’s tight-knit community, charm, and vibrant real estate market, and she’s passionate about helping others find their perfect place to call home.

When she’s not showing homes or writing offers, Erica is likely golfing, out on the lake, or tending to her garden.
